We need to think differently about lighting in the modern home. A single lamp can do a great job for a room, but when you have several lamps in it, you are looking at more than one light source. This needs more careful planning and thinking when it comes to lighting design.
In this installation guide, I will show you how to install Calgary’s new high bay and low bay lighting. The installation guide is applicable to all types of light fitting, including hanging lamps and skylights.
This guide covers the design and construction of Calgary’s main street with a plaza at its centre. This article is applicable to most other cities’ plazas as well in each City. Four different levels are shown: the ground level; the hill; the upper floor; and finally, the observation deck overlooking our downtown core.

The Plazas sections are very useful when it comes to showing off your city’s amenities or setting up a special event that requires quite some effort on your part but also highlights them nicely at once so that it can be viewed from afar. Each year around the world, more and more people are living in high-rise buildings. They might be a little bit bigger than previous generations, but they aren’t any smaller than current ones. Governments have started to put more energy into energy efficient lighting systems in order to reduce their utility bills.
This trend of having high-rises has resulted in Calgary building its first low-light bay. It is now being used as a home for lights that needs to be regulated by the city government because it produces less light pollution that other buildings do.
The Calgary Lighting Installation process is divided into three phases:
1. General Sanitation – Clean rooms and clean out carpets as needed.
2. Kitchen & Bathroom – Prepare the floor for installation, clean dust and put the toilet in place to see if it will work. Check whether the bathroom works before installing a new toilet or sink in it.
3. Nightlights – Install lights around the house to create an ambiance for your home at night. Install a majority of light bulbs in low bay (underfloor) lighting fixtures to save on electricity bills, as well as install more high bay (above ground) lighting fixtures, which run on electricity from power lines instead of batteries that require repairs after a while or need replacement altogether.”
